hey everyone, im new on here. my name is chris and im 23 with a slim build. ive been reading the posts on here for a few weeks and i just have a like two questions on atropy. so i know in a few different posts it has been said that the testicles and penis can atrophy to their fullest in 1-2 years, depending on the body and so forth. but what im wonedering is, will they shrink to 1/3 of their size, or will they loose 1/3 of their size? hugee difference right there! but ill take either. ill probably start with like 6 AE and 2 CC a day for a few months and then all a sweet amount of ES for the rest of the journey. my goal is to slightly feminize my body whilst shrinking my goods as much as possible. i wanna be able to fit into a pair of panties just like a real girl would. and my balls and penis are really getting in the way! i honestly cant wait to have a pair of panties fit snug in the but/seat and crotch areas just like any genetic female! has anyone else on here reached a goal of this?? if soo please give me LOTS of details! i long for that, it will really help me cross that line of boy and girl. thanx! |

Hi Chris I have been taking the herbs for a few months now. There have been changes. Testicle size has reduced a little. I would like more. The 'resting' state of little boy is smaller and random erections have reduced a lot. This will lead to reduction. The nightly erections (they can be 5-10 per night) reduce and this means that the penis will shrink- because the purpose of the nightly erections is to keep the penis in working order and this maintains its size. As to panties I find that the shorts type are no good and don't contain all that extra stuff down there. The best are ones with some elastic in the legs and a smooth material not lacey (pity). | lol thanx for the reply! i do agree, the shorts kind really dont hold anything. i go for like stretchy bikinis, they are the most comfy. congrats on ur progress! i cant wait to start, the smaller the better. esp cuz im tm tired of this little guy gettin in the way. i dont hate it or have anythgn against it, just its size and testicles. |

I can back up what Paolo is saying. My resting penis has gotten much smaller. This is after about a year and a half on E & F. And erections are not what they used to be. But I still have orgasms that feel as good or better than before. And I am enjoying being able to tuck the equipment into panties much more easily than before. And I do fill out a bra much better these days too! :) I'm not going to be mistaken for a woman or anything, but then I'm not really trying to do that either. I just want to be feminine enough to wear women's underwear without need for breast forms and such. I am at a point where it's probably not a real good idea to go "topless", though I have probably seen men with breasts as large as mine hanging out at the pool. But I don't think I want to be one of those guys! So far, so good, I am pleased with my progress and will keep after it for some time to come. I suppose at some point I will stop and continue on some sort of maintenance dose. But not yet! And I agree, bikinis or hiphuggers or thongs seem to be the best. I've had great luck with Victoria's Secret panties and bras, so I'll stick with them. I just love panties!!!!!! |

| wow am i jealous! i cant wait for some changes. ill prob order by like august, i know changes take time and all, but i cant wait. it must be wonderfull not needing breast forms and fitting into panties the way they were ment to be worn. snug with no bulge!! or well not a large one ;) thanx for the replys. its wonderful to hear of other peoples progress with this. its very motivating..... esp when panties are the main subject! :) there should be a thread dedicated strictly to this. ahaha |

| Everybody reacts differently, but if you are consistent with taking the E & F and have some patience I suspect that you will see some results! I'm wearing a matching VS cotton pink full coverage bra and hiphuggers today. I do like pink, but any color is good! And they are soooo comfy. I love how they hold my little package in place. |

bb, if u want a bikini butt, you will probably have to WORK for it. like most all girls do. i know a few girls still in their late teens early twenties who were born with perfect bikini butts. but most have to do slimming exercises or firming exercises to get things in optimum shape. find your local ballet and yoga studios. talk to the instructors and tell them you want a slim dancers body. wear tights to dance class. ask yoga instructor about TRI BINDA. these are yoga LOCKS that help you control your anal, diaghram and throat muscles. the biggest secret i found to a great ass. is doing thigh and butt exercises with correct control of the anal lock (which simply is just tightening your hole like your a minute away from toilet and HAVE TO GO BAD). advanced stuff is much more involved. butt look into it. lol. |

ok, bikini, bubble, brazilian butt. all the same thing. lol i probably tried to oversimplify a complex yoga technique that many teachers dont work on with beginners. so i just tried express a basic isometric flexing of the rectal/anal muscle as being important while doing certain butt and upper leg exercises. the other 2 bindas solar plexus (diaghram) and throat do have connections with the root lock for ADVANCED YOGA POSES. but im not getting into that. again to get a overly simplistic idea of what this is walk around for a minute with your butt tight like your trying to hold it in on a long walk to the toilet. then once you get a feel of this it can be integrated in butt and leg exercises. essentially doing regular butt and exercises with anal lock FLEXED or RELAXED. it is a simple concept - that takes HOURS AND HOURS of work to gain control over |

| ooooooo! ill have to try that. im an active runner and had taken a yoga class before. i loved it! i was the only dude, and every female in the class was down right beautiful! i honestly cant wait to have a "bubble butt" ahaha! today i wore vanity fair string bikini panties. they are all silky and comfy! im hoping soon, after starting evanesce that is, they will have a whole new fit to them ;) |

| I do know a lot about the human body and I agree with Syama. Your throat, diaphragm and butt are very much connected. If any one of these areas are out of balance, then your body is out of balance. WHy do you think so many people are sick to day. Their bodies are out of balance. |
