My name is Becky. I began taking 6ES a day and 4F a day almost a month ago. I was curious if taking it at three intervals or two is more beneficial. Thank you all for being here.

If you have high metabolism, take them all at one time.

Otherwise, it does not matter,
as long as you are taking them at the same time as a meal, along with food,
washed down with cool water or juice
never with a hot beverage
never with soda pop.
